• Employers must provide accurate company details when posting jobs.
• Candidates must provide truthful information in applications.

Use of Services

• Employers may post jobs only for genuine vacancies.
• Candidates may apply only for roles they are qualified for and genuinely interested in.
• Misuse of the platform (spam, fraudulent activity, or inappropriate content) is strictly prohibited. This includes intentionally providing erroneous information when using the ESG Tool.

Payments & Refunds

• Job postings are charged according to the pricing listed on FutureBlazr.com.
• Payments are final; refunds are issued only in cases of technical failure caused by FutureBlazr.

Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and technology on FutureBlazr are owned by FutureBlazr and protected by copyright.
• Employers and candidates retain rights to their own content (job descriptions, CVs, etc.).

Limitation of Liability

FutureBlazr provides a platform for connecting employers and candidates. We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, candidate suitability, or employer practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law.
